How it Works

From July 28th to August 6th, you're invited to complete 12,000 steps each day. Whether you choose to walk, run, dance, or hop, every movement counts! Just snap a picture of your fitness tracker showing your daily step count and post it to your Instagram stories, tagging @getcurryfit. The more days you complete, the higher your chances of winning some fantastic prizes!

Indoor Activities to Reach 12,000 Steps:

  • Shopping Mall Walks: The UAE is famous for its large, air-conditioned malls. Why not use them to your advantage? Go for a brisk walk around the mall, maybe even do a few rounds. You'd be surprised how many steps you can accumulate!

  • Gym Activities: Take advantage of the facilities at your gym. A session on the treadmill, elliptical machine, or stationary bike can add a substantial number of steps. Joining a cardio-focused group class is another excellent way to rack up those step counts.

  • Dance Fitness Routines: Indoor routines like Zumba or Aerobics are fun and burn lots of calories.

  • Circuit Training Exercises: Rotating between different activities every few minutes keeps things interesting and keeps your step count high.

  • Indoor Step Trackers or Stair Climbers: These can help you monitor your step count accurately.
